This jig uses your router's existing mounting holes and screws.

1.   Unplug the router or remove the battery.

2.   Remove the screws from the router base.

3.   Turn the router upside down with the base facing up. Place the jig upside down on the router base, with the top side facing the bottom of the router base. Center the router bit opening over the center opening in the jig.

4.   Rotate the jig until all four mounting holes align. The router bit opening should remain centered in the jig opening.

5.   Note 1: Some BOSCH models have just 3 mounting holes.

6.   Note 2: On some Bosch models, the bit opening may not be perfectly centered. This is normal if all mounting holes align correctly.

7.   Insert all four screws and turn each screw a few times so each screw starts threading.

8.   Do not fully tighten one screw at a time.

9.   Once all four screws are started and aligned, tighten them evenly in a cross pattern.
